Course Outcome Requirements: To give employees an understanding of: o Eligibility for social housing for EEA Nationals o Falling in and out of eligibility o Rights of family members o Eligibility for social housing from applicants from abroad outside the EU o Sponsorship o Limited leave to remain o Relevant documents and what they mean o Rights of UK Citizens returning to the UK o Derivative right to reside o Permanent residence and how to qualify GPOW for JSA o Domestic Violence and EEA Nationals The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
