Submissions to this early engagement exercise should be returned via the chest, no later than 17:00 pm on 5th March 2018 Within one month of receiving the feedback from this early engagement exercise, Wigan Council intend to commence a separate procurement to appoint a supplier to haul and treat the road sweepings and gully waste.
