The contracted distributor will be responsible for the supply and delivery of fresh fruit, vegetable and salad products and will also be responsible for the distribution of subsequent food and drink supply contracts that will be created prior to and throughout the duration of the framework agreement. The Duration of the Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years. With the option to extend for any given period up to a further 12 months.
