The Contractor will maintain, operate and warrant the chargers including back office and payment support for a period of 5 years from practical completion of the construction works in line with the professional services contract included within appendix J of this document. The back office system will provide real time remote network management; proactive fault & maintenance detection; access, billing & payment management; 24/7 customer care & live network status; and reporting on charger use. The PQQ's are to be returned electronically. Tenderers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading the documents to ensure that the submission deadline is met.
