The re-development plan would transform the current depot to create a: * A new multi-use space, with dining seating for approx. 30 people, or 'seminar' seating for Approximately 50 people * New, larger catering and teaching kitchen * New staff and volunteer facilities including tea point and WC * New visitor facilities including AWC and WC * New access arrangement from street and local landscape for events * Office accommodation for Streetscape and Park Manager * Income from hire of the new meeting space and kitchen
