## Notice

Direct debit management. Leeds City Council (LCC) Sport and Active Lifestyles Service currently has over 19,000 active direct debits of which over PS360k subscriptions are collected monthly via direct debit. A further PS250k is collected via swimming lessons and swimming squad payments. Currently these direct debits are collected by LCC's in house membership administration team. It is felt that the procurement of an external bespoke direct debit collection agency will increase revenue by PS40k per annum.
