The resulting Framework Agreement will be in two Lots as: Lot 1: Endometrial Ablation and Associated Products Lot 2: Uterine Tissue Removal Systems and Associated Products The Framework Agreement shall be for the period of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months each, at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.
