This is further highlighted in Appendix A and the expectation is that these priorities will be factored into any responses received. Through this pre-market engagement, we hope to gain insight into what solutions are available and how the council can gain from up-to-date methods and technologies. We also seek, from this engagement, any additional improvements that could be offered to the request above. We aim to apply these insights to inform a business case and gain approval for a full procurement.
