The mechanical contractor shall note that due to the nature of these works, the mechanical contractor shall be deemed to be the Principal Contractor. They shall not be acting as a subcontractor to a main contractor. As such the mechanical contractor shall ensure that all Principal Contractor duties are included as part of their tender and works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
