Addressing independence for young people with SEN, Local First by enabling them to travel to their local college of choice, VFM by reducing reliance on taxi travel and climate emergency by encouraging use of public transport. This is a services Contract being procured using a one stage below threshold process. These services fall under the Light Touch Regime.
