As such, the Council would like the provider to deliver a bespoke tailored programme of training to employees over a three-month period commencing 01 March 2018 to 30 June 2018. The training will be a two-day programme requiring approximately nine (9) two -day sessions covering the following areas: - * Documentation, recording and report writing skills; * Basic mental health awareness legislation * Writing tribunal reports * Having difficult conversations with clients * Understanding learning disabilities The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
