Our hard landscaping and garage demolition programme is currently carried out by both external contractors and our in-house service delivery teams across our four localities. Existing contracts have been developed to take into account a variety of archetypes and geographical locations across the West Midlands, North Gloucestershire and Bristol. The intent of the tender exercise is to align the work programmes under one or possibly two contracts. Scope The successful Contractor(s) will be required to deliver a planned programme of works across Bromfords four localities.
