## Notice

In this context, care and support will include: * Personal care tasks * Domestic tasks * Holistic support * Learning Disabilities care and support * Dementia care and support * Social, recreational, and activity support * Emergency response * Care call response * Short term care and support The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years commencing in August 2019 with an option of a further 3 years extension, in 12-month periods, at the sole discretion of the Authority.
