## Notice

Buildings may be added to or removed as operational requirements change and the successful Contractor will be required to adjust their service as necessary during the lifetime of the agreement. The duration of the contract will be 5 years with the option to extend for a further 3 periods of one year. The contract start date is 1 July 2017.
