The procurement seeks tenders to construct Hidden Homes. Hidden Homes can be constructed on vacant, underutilised or derelict areas such as old garages, stores, parking, space under existing residential blocks, on roofs of residential blocks and infill areas between blocks. The Royal Borough is intending to appoint two framework contractors for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further year. Please note that the deadline for tender submissions is 3rd September 2021 at 12:00PM NOON UK Time. The deadline for clarification responses is 27th August 2021. All correspondence for this tender must be sent via the Proactis E-Tendering Portal. Any correspondence sent outside of the portal will not be answered.
