Burnley Council requires the support of an experienced Landscape Architect/Consultant to support the development and delivery of the Padiham Townscape Heritage public realm improvement works. In summary the Council requires the support of an experience Landscape Architect/Consultancy to support the development and delivery of the Padiham town centre public realm improvement works. The Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant or consortium to work with the Council's project team. The appointed consultant, in consultation with the Project Team, is required to: provide advice and information to support the concept designs and oversee the works during the construction stage. Please refer to the Tender Brief document for a detailed description of the scope of services required. Additional information: The value of the contract stated in this notice merely stipulates the Council's anticipated value for this work.
