Site Visit & Mandatory RAMS requirement A site visit to ascertain the nature of the site, access, local conditions and restrictions likely to effect the execution of the works must be completed prior to submitting a quotation. Please note it is a Mandatory requirement to provide a Newcastle Civic Centre site specific risk assessment (RAMS) for the installation process of this project. Your bid will be deemed as non-compliant if a site specific RAMS is not provided within your submission.
