The contract will be a JCT Design and Build Contract, 2016 edition, with an estimated Contract value over the three-year period of PS1.65M excl. VAT, and with an option for this to extend a further 1 + 1 years. The contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) at the Invitation to Tender Stage.
