Companies that offer innovative educational approaches, especially those that cater to social, emotional, and mental health needs, would be well-positioned to compete for this contract. Furthermore, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, as they can play a vital role in providing inclusive, high-quality educational experiences tailored to empower the affected students.
