Produce results in less than 2 hours b. Run a minimum of 10 samples per separation. c. Separation down to 5-10kDa. d. Produce quantitative & purity profiles e. UV & fluorescence detector (optional) f. Run native and reduced electrophoresis * A single device must be able to perform both pI/size separations a. Be able to switch between the two technologies * Export data * Provide preventative maintenance / servicing
