We expect that this will involve focus on humanistic leadership traits such as kindness, mental health and wellbeing and trauma-informed leadership approaches, which begin with an understanding of themselves, develop into an appreciation of others' experience and extend to an awareness of how equity, diversity and inclusion intersects with this leadership approach. The programme should create a safe space for open facilitated debates. It should also ensure that participants benefit from practical tools that will bring about measurable, positive culture change in their own organisations.
