The site is a traditional building and therefore the Authority is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to work within its heritage guidelines using traditional materials. This package of works covers; * Installation of ASHP system * New kitchen and bathroom * New ground floor slab to include insulation * Partial new windows * Re-plastering using insulated lime * Re-wiring * Redecoration * External works Interest should be registered as soon as possible by emailing laura.armstrong@peakdistrict.gov.uk including the reference PM7970/CATTrefurb in the subject line.
