NHS Devon is seeking to have a quality assured list of providers who can be called upon to undertake an assessment of the child/young person to inform the EHCP to help prevent and resolve dispute or provide information to the Tribunal within timeline requirements and to have a quality assured list of providers who we can call upon to provide intervention to an individual child/young person when all the following criteria is met: * Intervention is not provided through current commissioned services * Child/young person is the responsibility of NHS Devon Integrated Care Board * The intervention to be provided is a Health system responsibility. Additional information: This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit NHS Devon or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. Commissioners are looking to establish what interest there might be in providing such a service from suitably qualified, capable and competent organisations. NHS Devon will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course.
