Key supporting works include: *Provision and installation of a temporary chiller unit to maintain building operations and cooling continuity during the replacement works. *Coordination with the separate chiller supplier, including delivery management and crane operations for installation. *Temporary modifications to the existing steel plant enclosure to facilitate removal and installation of plant. *Permanent structural modifications to the steel plant supports to accommodate and support the new chillers and buffer vessel. *Removal and upgrade of the associated electrical infrastructure. *Reinstatement, recertification, and making good of all affected fire stopping and compartmentation measures. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
