## Notice

There are several key aims of the mentoring project, including: - Targeted interventions: Deliver a targeted mentoring service that reaches care-experienced and SEND young people in all London boroughs, ensuring that service delivery is tailored to their specific needs. - Building Long-Term Mentoring Relationships The Corporation is seeking to support a programme that develops long-term mentor/mentee relationships to maximise impact. This will provide hard-to-reach young people with sufficient time to develop trust, set achievable goals, build positive relationships and work towards positive outcomes. Therefore, this programme will build mentor relationships lasting at least one year with options for mid-term reviews and extensions. - Supporting personal and professional development as well as supporting young people to develop their career networks, enhance their employability and raise their professional aspirations, the service will also support mentees to develop in their personal life, in areas such as building resilience, key independent living skills, and well-being. - Leverage Livery and Professional Networks Tap into the unique networks the City of London Corporation has to offer as the business hub of the UK, as well as the vast range of livery companies, to provide access to established professional networks and career guidance. - Ensure Diversity and Best Practices in Delivery In alignment with the GLA's Mentoring Quality Framework, the City Corporation is committed to commissioning services that focus on recruiting diverse and relatable mentors or those who have lived experience; implementing a rigorous and responsive mentor and mentee matching processes; and robust monitoring and evaluation systems that enable evidencing tangible, meaningful impact for service users Tender Evaluation: The evaluation criteria for this procurement were defined as the most economically advantageous tender and evaluated against the following criteria: Quality (including presentation) 45%, Price 40% and Responsible Procurement 15%. The value added to this notice is including optional extension of one year. Whilst this contract is below Light Touch Regime Threshold , the City will be in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers be introducing a standstill period. This standstill period is a voluntary 10 calendar day "standstill period". This period will expire at midnight on 27/06/2025. Subject to the City receiving no notice during the voluntary standstill period of any intention to legally challenge the award process, the City aims to conclude the proposed Contract thereafter. Additional information: Whilst this contract is below the Light Touch Regime Threshold, the City will be in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers by introducing a standstill period. This standstill period is a voluntary 10 calendar day "standstill period". This period will expire at midnight on 27/06/2025.
