Evidence-based targeted exercise in groups will be accessible to those service users who can travel independently and have the cognitive ability to remember the exercise routines. In addition, for Hackney residents only, the service will also offer a free home safety check to address falls risks in the home, and an outreach and educational programme will engage with older people and the professionals who provide their care, in a range of venues.
