The commissioned service will provide Young People with support which is appropriate to their individual needs, whilst ensuring their wellbeing and safety. The support provided must enable Young People to return home and to empower them with life skills to sustain their home lives, thus preventing future homelessness. This will be divided into 2 Lots as detailed below Lot 1 Providing Assessment, Advice, Information & Mediation, including a Housing Hub Service. Lot 2 Floating Support Service - 18+ years old.
