The scope of services can be called off individually or as a complete package with anticipated services to include (but not limited to): Lot 1 - MECHANICAL AND HEATING SYSTEMS (WET) - WORKSTREAM 1 - CENTRAL HEATING SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT and SERVICING - WORKSTREAM 2 - LOW CARBON TECHNOLOGIES SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT and SERVICING LOT 2 - ELECTRICAL AND VENTILATION - WORKSTREAM 1 - ELECTRICAL WIRING - WORKSTREAM 2 - ELECTRICAL ENERGY - WORKSTREAM 3 - VENTILATION SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT and SERVICING
