The appointed provider will also be required to undertake minor repairs to assist with the prevention/reduction of future instances of pest occurrences/outbreaks. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated annual contract value is c.PS50,000 (exc VAT). The level of spend transacted via the resultant contract will be dependent upon the services/works identified/required during the contract term.
