This strategy should; * Respond to the findings from the initial engagement activity * Recommend/set out suggested changes to comms and ways of working * Consider wider corporate strategy in terms of how Employer Engagement activity (in the context of creating skills and employment opportunities in the borough) might be conducted 2023-2027.
