This must follow strict security procedures from the handover of assets to the tenderer, in-transit security and destruction at the supplier base. All data destruction must be evidenced and passed back the council. Data erasure software must meet industry standard (such as - ADISA and ISO - IEC27001) and LCC requirements. All destruction of IT assets must meet LCC/ government environmental standards. Any accreditations must be evidenced by the tenderer. The winning tenderer at LCC's request will need to provide information of the sale of redundant equipment to local community or charitable organisations. The winning tenderer will need to provide a monthly or quarterly report detailing income generated from the sale of LCC's redundant equipment, and key KPI information as agreed between LCC and the supplier.
