The contract duration is expected to be 5 years with an anticipated contract award date in Q2 2023, however, these are subject to change. The Project is classified up to TOP SECRET UK EYES ONLY; for this reason the Authority cannot share further information without first satisfying security protocols, other than the information captured within the overview above. In view of this requirement, level of access and nationality restrictions involved, an exemption applying Regulation 7(1)(a) of the DSPCR in conjunction with Regulation 6(3A)(a) has been endorsed. Potential suppliers will be required to hold the requisite List X clearances to participate in any future competition in relation to this requirement. The Authority has uploaded this PIN to invite suitable Contractors to confirm their interest in the opportunity.
