The work will typically involve: - Bathroom and bedroom extensions - Internal adaptations and remodelling - Ramps - External works - Kitchen alteration/adaptations. The Framework is to last up to a maximum of 4 years (2 years initially with options to extend in one year increments) and will require the selected suppliers to sign Derby City Council's data processing agreement. Additional information: This tender will be managed electronically at the Council's e-tendering system at https://www.eastmidstenders.org where you can express interest now and obtain the documents from the anticipated date 03/08/2018. You can narrow the search further using the 'keyword' option.
