Such as Cafe, small retail unit, farm shop. Potential to develop partnership with Deangate Bowls Club. * Feasibility of changing former clubhouse building into a community, visitor centre or retail unit. * Former groundskeeper shed to be repurposed into a volunteer space. * Look at the feasibility of off-site facilities including a toilet block (compost toilets). Additional elements based at Grain Coastal Park * Feasibility of Catering unit * A new Toilet Block All of the above will need to be assessed.
