The purpose of the Market Engagement is to provide the Market with a brief overview of Bedford's leisure portfolio and to gain feedback from the market on the options being considered for re-procurement. We wish to engage with the Market to get a better understanding of any market risks, seek views and understand the level of interest. The market engagement will assist the Council in developing a procurement strategy that will be attractive to potential bidders whilst ensuring the Council achieves its objectives. The market engagement sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
