## Notice

This has been split into 3 individual lots depending on the type of session/service required:- Lot 1 - Short Breaks for Assessed Needs (Age 0 to 5) Lot 2 - Short Breaks for Assessed Needs (Age 6 to 13) Lot 3 - Short Breaks for Assessed Needs (Age 14 to 25) Providers can bid to provide services in a single Lot, or a combination of any or all of the Lots detailed above.
