The service will recruit, train and support volunteers to become peer mentors to other parent(s), to build and restore relationships within families, complementing the services delivered by professionals. The service will be required to work independently alongside Children's Services, matching volunteers with parent(s) who have been referred to the service. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
