NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. The contract will commence 1st July 2024 for a period of 2 years and 9 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. It is important to note that this procurement includes an affordability threshold. The maximum contract value available for the first 9 months (1st July 2024 - 31st March 2025 is PS1,394,250) and PS1,859,000.00 per annum for the remaining period of the contract. The total value available including both the 33-month initial period and the (up to) 24-month extension period is PS8,830,250. No bids over PS1,394,250 for the first 9 months or PS1,859,000.00 per annum for the remaining period of the contract will be accepted. Any bids that exceed these values will be disqualified.
