Legal Support Services to provide the following; - adapting the template mid-form loan agreement to accompany grants - to support on finalising loans and related finance documents to multiple sports clubs under the Sport Winter Survival Package programme. - What is required in relation to any club may vary, but we will be adapting the template agreements which have already been developed for the purpose. - resource the processing of conditions precedent and subsequent in relation to the loans.
