The Tender will be split into 3 Lots by geographical location of the Hospitals within Kent. Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3 can be bid for separately or as a combination of all three. Bidders must: * Be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status. * Have experience of working within an NHS hospital environment. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SITE VISITS. JCT INTERMEDIATE BUILDING CONTRACT will be applied to these works.
