The addition of the two heartlands of Warrington and St Helens will be considered through the period of this agreement subject to budgetary availability. Providers will be required to work with us to provide a quality, consistent service and have an understanding of our values and take responsibility for achieving: * A shared knowledge and best practice platform * A responsive and innovative approach to service provision * Added value initiatives offering commercial, social and environmental impacts All providers will be required to demonstrate a proven track record on delivering similar type contracts along with providing sustainable competitive pricing throughout the term of the contract.
