## Notice

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for the preparatory work for Project Jupiter and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The call-off contract shall commence on the 28th June 2022 and the expiry date will be 27th June 2023 for a period of 12 months.The total contract value will be up to PS750,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions. - The contract value has been extended by an additional PS375,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to PS1,125,000.00 excluding VAT.
