All services will have access to care and support on site, including care at night and background hours to enable citizens to maintain good overall health and wellbeing. The framework contract duration will be for 4 years and will commence 1st February 2025. The call-off contracts made under the framework will be up to 9 years. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at up to a maximum of PS25 million. This is based on estimations of all possible call -off contracts or orders from the framework.
