The Health Advocacy Service will provide an integrated and indepdendent advocacy service, which encompasses three service areas: o Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy Service - statutory provision o Independent Mental Health Advocacy Service - statutory and non-statutory provision o General Health Advocacy Service - non-statutory provision.
