This includes supporting improved bus travel around the West Midlands region and the local authorities within the WMCA region. TfWM approached DMBC with a proposed traffic signal improvement scheme along the A491 High Street corridor in Stourbridge. This corridor was highlighted by all the local bus providers within reports produced detailing the areas of highest congestion along bus routes. Working with DMBC, TfWM have identified three key junctions along the A491 corridor where network management could be greatly improved with the addition of some key technology.
