The scope of works can be summarised as follows: * Creation of a 4 storey, 1,800m2 office with Commercial Units at Ground Floor Level and a Changing Places Facility. * Development of an 18m wide Boulevard to connect Trenchard Way to Canal Road. * Associated Public Realm works. * Associated Highways works.
