Repair support on fire systems to support our in-house team, as well as emergency out of hours support for all fire alarm systems, this includes both conventional types and addressable systems located within all buildings owned and managed by Swindon Borough Council for a period of 2 years + 2 year optional extension period to start on 1st May 2024. The initial contract term will be for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 4 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between PS135,000 and PS138,000 across the initial 2 year contract term and between PS270,000 and PS276,000 across the potential total 4 year contract term.
