## Notice

The output will be a report including a sufficiently detailed specification to enable the client to procure a separate design and build contract to begin to implement the Phase 2 works from April 2022. This review is necessary as we have established that ex-situ bio-remediation, which was identified by the previous work as the preferred option for Phase 2, will now present several regulatory and financial challenges.
