However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The UKATC is looking to carry out glazing replacement and window refurbishment to c.107 windows in three of its category B and C listed buildings at the Royal Observatory Edinburgh. Existing glazing is to be replaced with slimline double glazing, and all sash, case and frames are to be inspected and refurbished, as required, to allow free and easy use of the windows. A full, detailed, specification is provided along with previous survey information, drawings and condition report which are included in the tender pack. The work is due to be completed by 31st March 2025. The estimated value of the opportunity is estimated at between PS660,000.00 to PS710,000.00 GBP excluding VAT UKATC will be holding a site tour for this requirement.
