## Notice

This exercise does not, in any way, constitute an Invitation to Tender, and does not, in any way, guarantee that any tender will be issued subsequent to this pre-market engagement. Additional information: Note - this is a pre-market engagement exercise at this stage and there is no guarentee that any tender will take place following this exercise.
